Dental implants surgery is a process by which tooth roots are replaced with metal braces similar to screws, and the damaged or missing tooth is replaced with a synthetic tooth that is very similar to the real teeth in shape and performance. Dental implant surgery may provide an acceptable alternative to dentures or dental bridges that do not correspond as required, and can provide an option when natural dental roots do not allow denture installation or dental bridge replacement.
